It is part of the Monarch of the trading system, but here it is presented as
independent technical analysis tool.
Indicator

building a smooth line as close to the price of the trade
tool and serves to eliminate its noise components. Smooth
Price 2.0 logical and good continuation of the project on indicators of repair.
